HEALTH EXPO TO BE HELD AT ACADEMY THEATRE

HAPEVILLE, GA – Every day is a good day to make a healthy choice. If you’re looking to improve your lifestyle, bring the whole family to the Academy Theatre Health Expo! General Admission is FREE!

This same weekend, Academy Theatre and Impact Theatre Atlanta are opening a new production of I and You by Lauren Gunderson. “This story touches deeply on the subjects of health and chronic illness,” says director Brenda Porter.

“I’m excited that this show has an outreach component!”, says Fracena Byrd, Marketing Director for Academy Theatre. “The CDC says that there are more than 30 million children living in the US with less than excellent health. It’s heartbreaking, and we just want to do our part.”

Holli Stephens of the Hapeville Recreation Center adds, “We are elated to be participating with on this project. We are always looking for new ways to work with local organizations to serve the public.”
